Ambizion Consulting was created to provide something I believe is often missing when people are looking for help: real conversation, real experience and real-world guidance.
I'm Damitra “Dee Dee” Stuart, Founder and Lead Consultant of Ambizion Consulting.
I've spent decades working in business, sales, marketing, media, entertainment and entrepreneurship. I've built businesses, worked with customers and companies, created brands, developed marketing ideas, sold products and services, produced media, and reinvented myself more than once.
And along the way, I've learned something very important:
Experience is one of the best teachers—but you don't always have to learn every lesson the hard way yourself.
Sometimes you can borrow somebody else's experience.
That's what I want Ambizion Consulting to provide.

Damitra “Dee Dee” Stuart is an entrepreneur, consultant, sales professional, publisher, actress, producer, creative and media pioneer with decades of real-world experience in business, sales, marketing, branding, entertainment and entrepreneurship.
She has been highly successful in Corporate America for over 27 years, building a strong foundation in sales and leadership, while also having a lifelong history of entrepreneurship—starting and running businesses since she was a child. With this unique blend of corporate success and entrepreneurial drive, Dee Dee has spent her life turning ideas into opportunities and learning how to turn “What if?” into “Let’s make it happen.”
But Dee Dee's experience isn't limited to business.
Her journey has also been shaped by profound personal loss and the lessons that come with rebuilding your life after the unexpected. After losing her husband of 20 years, Toby, in a tragic hit-and-run accident, and one of her best friends, Margo, in the same way five years later on her wedding anniversary, Dee Dee experienced grief in a way that changed her perspective on life, people and purpose.
The loss of Toby, Margo and many others—including her mother unexpectedly more recently—became part of the reason Dee Dee finds meaning in helping others get home safely through her work as an Uber driver, while continuing to accomplish her own goals, connect with people and find peace.
What began as a lucrative source of income over the past nine years became something much deeper—a way to connect with people, hear their stories, help others, brainstorm ideas, network and continue building her own dreams while moving forward.
She even used her Uber income to purchase her first clothing store in Inglewood, California, in May 2019, turning one chapter of her entrepreneurial journey into the foundation for another.
That experience taught her that sometimes healing isn't about leaving your past behind. Sometimes it's about finding a way to turn what you've been through into something meaningful.
Her approach to consulting and coaching is simple: real experience, honest conversations and practical guidance.
Dee Dee doesn't pretend to have every answer. But she knows what it's like to build, lose, reinvent, start over and keep going.
Through Ambizion Consulting, she brings the lessons from her successes, challenges, creative career, businesses and personal experiences to help others navigate business, life, healing and everything in between.
Because sometimes you don't need someone who has all the answers. You need someone who's been there, listened, and is willing to help you figure out what's next.
