we are all busy individuals so All instabuddy packages are very simple, short and sweet. Each session will be unique and to the point of what you are trying to convey.

CAN I BRING PROPS OR PRODUCTS?
Absolutely!
WHAT'S THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
You can cancel your membership anytime by emailing us with a 14 day notice. Your current billing cycle will finish and you will not be charged for the following month.
WHAT TIMES DO YOU SHOOT?
You choose a time slot available that works best for you and plan to be there for 2 ½ hours. (Time Depending on Membership Package and Additional Services)
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT DURING MY SHOOT?
Each time slot accommodates _ members (Depending on Package). During your session you have up to 2 pre-planned locations within 5 miles of each other on location shoots nationwide (In studio shoots available in Los Angeles, CA area until further notice). All shoots will be fun, quick and easy no money exchanged with photographer we just show up and shoot!
WHO WILL PHOTOGRAPH ME?
You'll be photographed by one of our fabulous INSTABUDDY photographers! Who photographs you depends on the day & time slot.
CAN I EDIT MY PHOTOS?
Yes! You have our permission to edit and filter your photos as we provide basic editing for members and raw images for non members.
WHAT LOCATIONS DO YOU SHOOT?
We are based out of Los Angeles, CA but INSTABUDDY is hiring nationwide all members are welcome. Doesn’t matter where you are INSTABUDDY is available.
WHEN WILL I GET MY PHOTOS/Videos?
Delivery Depends on Package Chosen
WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE A SHOOT?
Please give at least 48hr notice.
If you have a larger package, you can use shoots as you wish or even combined depending on how many shoots you have assigned per month.
There are no refunds for missed shoots that did not give 48hr notice.
HOW is instabuddy HANDLING COVID?
Tightened Restrictions:
If restrictions tighten, but we are still able to be in public places, we will do a modified time slot schedule. This allows us to stay away from crowding. You will not be sharing this time with anyone else (Depending on Package). If you’re a fast changer, you can probably fit in maybe 3 outfits, but there is a chance you may only be able to fit in 2 outfits. We appreciate your understanding on that! In studio shoots and 1 location shoots you maybe able to fit in a couple more outfit choices.
Please be on time for these sessions as we will not be able to extend your shooting time if you are running behind.
We will also wear masks when needed inside and will keep our distance.
Lockdown:
If we go on lockdown and cannot shoot for a month, you will get to makeup those shoots. You can do so anytime within 2 months after the lockdown is lifted. Outdoor with Social Distancing should not be a problem.
